All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We will only consider exceptions to this policy in the following circumstance: The wrong item was shipped to you due to our error. If this occurs, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item received. Failure to notify us within this period may result in forfeiture of your right to an exception.
Please note that our items are vintage, pre-owned, or custom-made, and as such, they may display natural wear, patina, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of our pieces and are not considered defects.
The following categories are strictly non-returnable: Custom or made-to-order pieces; Sale or discounted items; Vintage and pre-owned items.
Once an item has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Simon & Gloria is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage in transit. Customers are encouraged to select tracked or insured shipping options at checkout. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
